Ryan Welborn is a licensed therapist in Denver, Colorado, offering integrative psychotherapy in person and via tele-therapy. He works with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, identity, and life transitions, helping clients reconnect with themselves, deepen relationships, and foster lasting emotional growth. Ryan’s approach combines ISTDP, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, transpersonal psychology, and the Gottman Method, grounded in trauma-informed care and extensive clinical experience, including directing an IOP/PHP program. He provides a collaborative, compassionate space where clients can move beyond coping and into meaningful transformation.

Riley provides a warm, collaborative, and attuned space where clients feel safe to explore and be themselves. Using a trauma-informed, person-centered approach with Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, and ACT, she helps clients better understand their emotions, untangle patterns, and move toward meaningful, values-driven change. Riley brings experience across inpatient, crisis, and outpatient settings and is committed to supporting clients through life transitions, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm with care, curiosity, and steady support.

Sara Kirkendoll, LSW

Therapist

Sara provides a warm, genuine, and judgment-free space where clients feel safe to explore their emotions, experiences, and relationships. Using a trauma-informed, attachment-centered approach that integrates psychodynamic therapy, parts work, and somatic awareness, she helps clients better understand the patterns underlying their struggles and develop new ways of relating to themselves and others. Sara also incorporates practical tools from CBT and DBT to help clients manage anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and the feeling of always waiting for the other shoe to drop. With compassion, curiosity, and a direct yet approachable style, she supports clients in creating meaningful change, building healthier patterns, and feeling more comfortable in their own skin.
