My Approach
Therapy is collaborative, grounded in trust, empathy, and connection—this is where healing happens. Together, we'll create a space where you feel safe enough to go deeper—to understand what's really driving your struggles and find new ways forward. My style is genuine, compassionate, and I believe laughter has a place in healing. I work from a trauma-informed, attachment-centered approach that integrates psychodynamic, parts-work, and somatic awareness—how the body holds onto trauma and re-experiences the past until it feels met and resolved—using practical tools for relief in the moment and deeper work for lasting change.
My style is warm, direct, and completely judgment-free. I use proven tools (CBT, DBT, and somatic work) to quiet the noise in your head, ease that constant “when’s the other shoe going to drop?” feeling, and build new patterns that finally stick. Instead of days stuck in worry, shame, and exhaustion, you feel lighter and more comfortable in your skin.
Curious about therapy but unsure where to start? Text or email me—just say ‘Hi, I’m thinking about therapy’—or anything similar. I’ll reply with a quick 2-min form to understand your needs, then we’ll decide what feels best: a quick call, free consult, or first session. If I feel another therapist would be a better fit, I’ll happily connect you.
