Deepwell Psychotherapy
Who We Are
Deepwell Psychotherapy was founded on a simple truth: the deeper we are go, the more purity we find. Like a well, the deepest and clearest water requires us to move beyond what is immediately visible. Therapy can ask us to look beneath symptoms and coping strategies toward the emotional patterns, relationships, experiences, and longings that shape how we move through the world. With patience, curiosity, and care, this deeper work can become a source of greater clarity, vitality, connection, and renewal.
At Deepwell, we believe therapy should be both deep and practical. Our clinicians draw from evidence-based, relational, and experiential approaches to help clients find stability and relief while also creating meaningful, lasting change. We work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, relationships, identity, life transitions, and the many challenges that can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves or others. Our approach is grounded in the belief that people are not problems to be fixed, but complex human beings whose protective patterns often developed for good reason and can, over time, begin to limit what is possible.
At its heart, Deepwell is a relational practice. We believe healing happens through safety, authentic connection, and the courage to become more fully acquainted with ourselves. Our clinicians meet clients where they are while creating space to explore what lies beneath the surface—and to bring what is most alive, authentic, and meaningful within us back into our relationships, work, creativity, and everyday lives. We see therapy as a process of returning to ourselves and releasing what no longer needs to hold us back.

Services Offered
-
Individual therapy is a supportive, one-on-one process that helps people explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors in a safe, confidential space. It can be helpful for managing anxiety, processing trauma, navigating life transitions, improving relationships, and deepening self-understanding. Therapy offers tools for coping, healing, and growing into a more grounded and connected version of yourself. I bring specific training in Transpersonal Wilderness Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Counseling, while also drawing from elements of Intensive Short-term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and psychodynamic therapy to support each client’s unique path.
-
Couples counseling is a space for partners to strengthen connection, improve communication, and work through challenges together. Whether you're navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, or hoping to deepen intimacy, therapy provides tools to help you better understand each other and create a more secure, fulfilling relationship. I am trained in the Gottman Method and also incorporate aspects of Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) and the Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy (PACT) to support couples in building lasting, resilient bonds.
